I’m excited to announce that Always Buy Black launched on Sunday, November 1, 2020. We are the authority for #SpendingBlack. One of our users described us as her “bible for my Black DOLLAR$.” Our mission is to connect people to Black-owned businesses, both online and near them. Our vision is to provide access and visibility to all Black-owned businesses, thereby creating economic stability for business owners, their families, and their communities. We do this by curating and maintaining a database of Black-owned businesses. Our directory is hovering around 3,000 businesses right now, mostly concentrated in the states of California, Texas, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia, the Chicagoland area and D.C. The list is growing weekly.
